Are Cosmic Brushes Vegan and cruelty free? 

Yes they are! We use the softest synthetic hairs to deliver the best performance and our brushes are intended for humans so we never test on animals. 

Are the brush hairs synthetic?

Yes, We only use the finest synthetic hair to give you the best performance possible

What is in the handles? 

The contents of the handles contain non toxic vegan liquid and glitter, lots of glitter!

I’m worried the handles might crack or break in my makeup bag?

No need to worry, the handles we use are made from PC or acrylic plastic which we have tested extensively for strength and durability. We’ve mastered the art of encapsulating all the goodness inside completely sealing them, so keeping them in your makeup bag is not a problem. 

Can I clean my brushes?

Of course, to get the most out of your brushes we recommend cleaning them regularly. But please do not let them soak. 

Do you ship Internationally? 

Yes we do, more information can be found on our delivery & returns page. 

Do you provide a warranty with your brushes? 

Whilst we are confident it won’t be needed, we do provide a 12 month guarantee against faulty handcraft or manufacturing for peace of mind. 

I’ve got a brush that seems to be faulty what should I do?

My palette arrived broken, what should I do?

If you find that your palette has been damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@cosmicbrushes.co.uk with more details and a photo of the palette.

We have a couple of options if this happens.

If only 1 shade is broken
If only one shade is affected with the remaining 90% still being usable, we can offer a partial refund of 20% or a replacement of the individual shade, right away.
However, if you would still like the full palette replaced, we could file a claim with our courier for the insurance.
But please be aware that this can take 90 days to go through, without a guarantee that our courier will honour it.
Alternatively, if you don’t want to wait that long, we can send out a brand new palette if you are happy to cover the shipping cost.
If all shades are damaged
If the whole palette is broken then we can offer a full replacement right away, or refund if you’d prefer.

Do you offer wholesale? 

We do not currently offer wholesale, however this is something we are working towards for the future.
